HOW TO TAKE THE TEST:
1) Each question, unless otherwise indicated, has three possible answers:
a. Yes or "more yes than no"
b. Perhaps, not sure
c. No or "more no than yes"
2) Only give one answer to each question
3) Please note that there is no "correct way" of answering the questions of the questionnaire.
Even a seemingly incorrect answer might actually be to your advantage in relation to a particular
characteristic, for example::
Question:
"Do you get along with all your colleagues?"
A YES answer could indicate that the person likes working in a group. A NO answer could indicate
that the person has the ability to bring about change/innovation in corporate procedures.
In any case, neither of the two answers is wrong, so try to answer realistically.
4) When you answer the test questions you should respond in terms of how you behave in the
circumstances suggested rather than in terms of how you have learnt that you ought to behave.
For example, if the analysis asked you:
"Does bad news have the power to discourage you?"
Some individuals, mindful of various trainings they have attended, might answer “no” because they have learned that successful people should not allow themselves to be discouraged by bad news. If, however, they were to observe how they REALLY behave in practice, they would see that sometimes they do actually allow themselves to be discouraged and so the right answer should be MAYBE.
Try, therefore, to answer in terms of how you actually behave rather than in terms of
how one ought to behave in such circumstances.
The analysis has a built-in mechanism designed to detect answers that are too far removed from reality. Should too many such answers be found, please note that you will be asked to retake the analysis.
5) When the questionnaire asks you about work, please refer to your current job. If you are not
currently employed, please refer to your most recent job.

ISTRUZIONI PER LA COMPILAZIONE:
1) Ogni domanda, a meno che non sia indicato diversamente, ha tre possibilità di risposta:
a. Sì o "più sì che no"
b. Forse, incerto
c. No o "più no che sì"
2) Rispondi ad ogni domanda con una sola risposta
3) Sappi che non esiste un "modo corretto" di rispondere alle domande del questionario. Anche una risposta all'apparenza sbagliata potrebbe infatti avvantaggiarti su una particolare caratteristica, per esempio:
Domanda: "Vai d'accordo con tutti i tuoi colleghi?"
La risposta SI potrebbe evidenziare una persona a cui piace lavorare in gruppo. La risposta NO potrebbe evidenziare una persona che ha le capacità per creare cambiamento/innovazione nelle procedure dell'azienda.
In ogni caso nessuna delle due risposte è sbagliata. Cerca quindi di rispondere in modo realistico.
4) Quando rispondi alle domande del questionario dovresti rispondere in base a come ti comporti nella circostanza che ti viene richiesta piuttosto che in base a come hai imparato che dovresti comportarti. Per esempio se il questionario ti domandasse:
"Le cattive notizie hanno il potere di scoraggiarti?"
Tenendo in considerazione i vari corsi a cui ha partecipato una persona potrebbe rispondere “no” in quanto ha imparato che un individuo di successo non dovrebbe lasciarsi scoraggiare dalle cattive notizie. Però se osservasse come si comporta DAVVERO nella realtà, vedrebbe che a volte, di fatto, si lascia scoraggiare e quindi la risposta giusta dovrebbe essere FORSE.
Quindi cerca di rispondere in base a come ti comporti davvero piuttosto che in base a come pensi che ci si dovrebbe comportare in una tale circostanza.
Il questionario ha al suo interno dei meccanismi per la rilevazione delle risposte troppo lontane dalla realtà. Nel caso in cui ve ne fossero troppe risposte sappi che ti verrà chiesto di ricompilarlo.
5) Quando il questionario ti chiede del lavoro, considera il lavoro che stai svolgendo ora. Nel caso tu non abbia un'occupazione in questo momento, considera l'ultima occupazione che hai avuto.
6) Nel caso in cui preferissi non rispondere a una o più domande del questionario, è possibile: in quei casi scegli la risposta b). Sappi che un numero eccessivo di “Forse” potrebbe invalidare il risultato del questionario (però un po’ vanno bene).
